Thank you for choosing Namesake Kreations. Every item is crafted with care, intention, and meaning. Because many of our products are personalized or made to order, our return policy is designed to protect both you and the integrity of our handmade process.
Items Eligible for Returns
We gladly accept returns on non-custom, non-personalized items within 7 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return:
• The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
• Packaging and tags must be intact
• You must contact us within the 7-day window
If approved, you will receive instructions on how to ship the item back.
Items Not Eligible for Returns
Because these items are created specifically for you, we cannot accept returns on:
• Personalized items
• Custom name products
• Made-to-order designs
• Prayer mats, pillowcases, or gifts customized with names, dates, or special wording
• Digital downloads
These items are final sale.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
• Your order number
• A photo of the issue
• A brief description
We will gladly replace the item or provide a solution.
Refunds
Approved refunds for eligible items will be issued to your original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
